Shipping Overview
Aurora Gold & Silver ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
All orders ship only after receipt of cleared funds. Orders will not be released for shipment until payment has fully cleared according to the timelines set out in our Ordering & Payment Policy.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies the contents or indicates that the shipment contains precious metals. This is standard practice and is done to protect our customers.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier is determined at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Some oversized or high-value orders may ship via FedEx.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the order at no additional cost to you. Insurance is included automatically on every order.
In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue promptly. Do not discard any packaging materials, as these may be required for the claims process.

Signature Confirmation
All orders with a value of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery. This is required by our insurance carrier and cannot be waived. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address, or contact us to arrange an alternative delivery option.
Processing & Transit Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of payment clearing. Transit times vary by destination and carrier but are generally 2–5 business days after shipment.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays to you by email.
Multiple Orders
Orders cannot be combined after they are placed. Each order ships independently and generates its own tracking information and insurance coverage.
